we need a small business web site for an start up company.

Customer should have posibility to adjust images and textes by themself. Thats why my first choice is a joomla based website. no shopping site.

What is espacially needed:

-> Multilangual website. (german, english, russian )

-> newsletter sign up (just design and layout on the site. no newsletter functionality in background is needed. we work with our own mailing system which we can integrate)

-> login for members / member area with login

-> design of website is most important but you are free in making us examples
