After i select the provider, i will put the money in the GAF escrow in the provider's name. This way it is fair to both sides. I will release the money ONLY when i am fully satisfied with your work. You will have to give timely updates on the ongoing progress. After that you will help me install the website on my server.
I want someone who has experience working projects of this complexity. If you don't have the skills and experience please do not bid, make it easy for both of us. If i like your work i will hire you on a long-term basis to maintain this website and develop additional features.
