Hi Freelancers,
I require an experienced developer to convert and implement a reasonably simple design into a Wordpress theme.

PROJECT SPECIFICATION
--------------------------------
1. Website must adhere to modern design standards and load correctly in all desktop web browsers (Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Opera and IE8+)
Looking for optimized, clean XHTML/CSS.
2. Website must be adhere to responsive design principals and load correctly in all mobile web browsers (iOS, Android, Windows 8 Mobile).
This can be achieved through conditional CSS styling (@media queries) or using a responsive framework (Foundation, Bootstrap etc)
3. Must be a complete integration into the Wordpress Framework, allowing the end-user to add pages, edit articles, modify contact form etc.
4. Need pixel-perfect implementation adhering to the design files provided.
Important Notes: Full Screen Background, Flexibile/Responsive Design, Google/Cufon Font Replacement.
5. 72 Hour turnaround.
Most importantly of all, this job requires an immediate turn around and as such I will be slightly more lenient with the Budget.
I will require multiple daily updates and demonstrations to ensure the project is going ahead in adherence with the spec. GMail Chat+

I am a web developer myself but do not have time to complete this job. As such, I am very competent in all web design principals and know exactly what I am after (and will know whether the code is clean and adheres to modern web standards). I am willing to work with the winner developer to get this job completed. Design documents will be "previewed" via PMB so you can gain an insight into the simplicity of the design. Please state the codeword "ZMX" in your PMB so I know you have adequately read and understand the project specification.
This is a relatively pain-free and quick job for an experienced developers, so please don't post unrealistic bids. No time wasters.
Lots of work available in the future if the developer is successful.
