I currently have a website where users can vote for their favourite Minecraft Server: [url removed, login to view] There are others that exist and I want to pattern mine after:

I have everything hosted. The framework is based on php/MySQL. I will provide you with all the tools that you need to complete your work. I would like the following functionality added and integrated within the site:
1. Replace the main index page with a listing of the top 25 servers listed within the server database (just like [url removed, login to view]). Servers that are below 25 are listed on subsequent pages, 25 per page.
2. Integrate a voting system for each server profile (again, just like [url removed, login to view]). Voting is unique to one person per day. The server placement on each page is sorted ascending by vote number (the more votes you get, the higher the page).
2a. Integrate a system where a user may pay for placement on the voting list (just like [url removed, login to view]). A player will have the option on their profile page to pay via paypal. This will be automated. For example, if there are two servers with 25 votes, the server that paid $5 will have a higher placement. Preference for placement is based on payment first, then by vote number. The server that has paid the most will always be at the top of the listing page.
3. Tweaks to design that you would find aesthetically pleasing (this is up to you and to my discretion). I always think simpler is better. This is not a necessity, but will make you stand out as my choice for this project :)
I should also mention that future projects will result from this partnership if I like your work.
