I need a website like Tinychat

Hi, I want a website like [url removed, login to view] with adobe cirus instead of red5. I want users will able to create private and public chat and each room will have option to change the background screen and group chat. User will able to send the private message to other users and users will follow the other rooms as well. Each use will have list of following rooms and list of block users. I want all source code and person will responsible for all bugs as well. Please reply me back as soon as possible.
