Modify OpenCart online store template

I have an Algozone OpenCart template that needs to be modified into a fully functional online store.
A demo of the template can be seen here: [url removed, login to view]
I have attached a demo of what the modifications should look like, which includes:
*Changes to the menu and copyright information
*Changes to some graphics / images
*The replacement of a banner with a flash slideshow
*Enabling SEO
*Suggesting other required modifications and then making these modifications
All other graphics/images and source files will be provided.
Familiarity with OpenCart, PHP and web design will be highly regarded. If you have a portfolio of eCommerce sites you've worked on before, please PM me with the details as I will be using these examples to choose who the project is awarded to.
