Mercury Mail Server Settings in Joomla/XAMPP on Windows 2003 Server

Unable to send outgoing verification emails to visitors to a Joomla website who have registered using Joomla's login form (module)and have provided their email addresses.

Using Apache/PHP/Mercury/MySQL within XAMPP on a Windows 2003 server.

Mercury and PHP settings need correction so outgoing emails can be sent.

You need to be able to remote access my server using TeamViewer.
