Joomla. Website! :-))))

This is a repost. Now ready to build this site. Immediate start.

I am looking for a Joomla expert very familiar with Joomla as well as different components and modules of Joomla. I would like to build a small magazine/newspaper website) with all the relevant modules installed. I am open to suggestions and will take advice. This site will also need a new template plus dropdown menu for links. Banner I have all ready. Some modules in the site are a banner manager, article manager, classifieds, business directory, event calendar, up to date news, drop down menu, contact us form etc. Maybe a few others that I have forgotten.

I need you to also show me and give good written information in how to use this site to update it in the future. I am a fast learner.

Please only bid on the project if you have experience in the above and have work to show for it! I would also need you to show me work on the site as you progress at least a few times a day.

This job should not be a major job for a person who knows their way around Joomla. I would also need your backup in case of problem for the first month.. Updating must be easy to manage.
