Joomla 3 Directory Website Using Mosets

We are a publisher of Trade Directory. We want to build a Joomla 3 responsive Directory website to provide our users information of companies, calendar of events, advertisement banner, etc.
We like the layout, the directory listing, the featured companies shown on the home page of [login to view URL] However please do not copy this website whole sale. It is for reference purpose only.
However, we wont be publishing much news articles. We plan to use RSS to get some articles from another site but the main purpose of this website is to allow their users to search the companies that are listed on their website.
Our clients are in the Food and Hospitality segment. We are looking for an attractive and professional looking template.
We plan to purchase the Mosets extensions as it can meet our requirements.
The site will have the following menu items
1. Home
2. About Us
3. Directory - where user can search and look at the company listing
4. Events
5. Exhibitor organisers
6. Advertisers -
7. Contact us
Functions required:
1. Responsive website
2. Multi-level categories
3. Powerful search function
4. Ability to show images in the listing.
5. Ability to switch off the image filler options in the listing for listing without images
6. The listing style / format - similar to the listing on [login to view URL] (pls see pdf for reference).
7. List detail (pls see pdf for reference)
8. Events calendar - events calendar, list of events by date, list of events by country (please see attached doc)
9. Advertising banner
Home page should have:
1. Feature companies
2. Categories
3. Featured events
4. Articles
5. Any other suggestion
Scope of work:
1. Design Joomla 3 responsive template. We are open to purchase suitable commercial template that will be modified
2. Styling of the Mosets, Calendar Events etc
3. Import company listing database (in Excel) into Mosets Tree using MT Importer (optional)
4. Advise on the appropriate extensions required
The developer should be experience with Joomla 3 template development as well Mosets Tree implementation and styling. Experience and familiar in implementing and styling Mosets Tree. Please advise previous projects deployed for our reference.
