design help + coding

I am making some updates to a section of my website and need some design help.

If you look under the Video Poker, Slots and Blackjack tabs, you will see 'Top Video Poker Articles' with 5 links below it. I need this list to use some design and visual elements. I would like to see a mockup for your design and then you must code it onto the page. The list may eventually contain more than 5 links. The design should fit in to the overall site and page design.

If this project goes well, we are searching to hire a part time designer/coder to be a part of our team. This is a part time position which will vary between 10-20 hours per week.

All applicants must have strong skills in:

Photoshop (and possibly other design tools)

CSS

HTML

PHP

Job requirements are excellent communication and to be self motivated.

Some examples of tasks you will be required to perform are:

- Creating banners and logos, both animated and static

- Designing new website templates

- Creating mockups for webpages in Photoshop

- Coding mockups on pages to push them live

- Fixing CSS issues present on pages
