Build Custom Wordpress Template

I have created a design that needs to be created into a Wordpress based template. The design files are in Photoshop but I have attached jpg image examples to this project description. There are two unique layout pages while the rest will follow the same format. This needs to be completed in 5 days from the day you are awarded the project because I will need 5 days to insert the content. The home page will consist of the following:

- Top navigation menu with rollover color effect (must appear on all pages)

- Rotating banner with links and navigation control buttons (or dots as shown)

- Footer (must appear on all pages) with social icons and copyright info

- 3 sections on bottom that include areas shown in attachment (the Newsletter sign-up will be an embedded code)

- A "Browse by Category" book search feature with scrolling book images (needs to be very very simple to change book images)

The About Us page will need a simple to update staff list with border divider as shown. The information for each person will be in paragraph or bullet text. The feature boxes on the right will need to be interchangeable depending on the page and need to be easy to reorder. The "Latest Podcast" and the scholarship box need to be edit-able.
