auction website modifications

basically i have a php probid site that i need changed

i need the one specific category on its own page and everything, and on the main menu it should have a link to the page of the alone category, and a link for the forum i have, basically the website is an auction site for farmers who want to sell and buy grain, either in a pool or individually according 2 the city you choose, and when u go 2 buy or sell it must give you that option, and when u register it must give u the option 2 select a city, the site is already up and running ([url removed, login to view]) its kinda a student project and i seriously need some help,
