We will be using an email server software package

We need the system setup to be SPAM free
we also need it to support multiple mail domains
a list will be provided in the next day or two
We need to know if it possible through API to be able to create an account.
As part of of [url removed, login to view] site we want to allows users to create an email during registration. We would like for user to be able to choose their own email account name and domain
so we would need to also know if it is taken or not
We also need to understand how much branding we can do for webmail portion
