Software to generate numbers and add them to Mac contacts

So project requirement:

Part 1: Need someone to guide me in installing Whats app in my Mac.

Part 2 ( coding)

I need software that does the following--- i will explain in example

I enter number like 905832 ( call this prefix)

and I enter number like 80 ( call this suffix )

software first add + to the prefix to be +90832 then add all numbers fro 0000 to 9999

so there will be a list like this

(+90832)00000(80) ----

(+90832)00001(80)

until (+90832)9999(80)

then add these numbers into contacts and link to whats app ( so whats app contacts are from laptop not from phone)
