I need a C# application installed in server(s) that can trace my server get status online or offline, my server is cannot be ping outside but can remote via RDP, this is not a website but it has Internet connection, Server is Windows Essentials 2012 or Windows SBS 2008, It has internet connection. It must monitor 5-10 seconds delay, My goal is monitor them (Online or Offline), So I need C# and PHP to fulfill this. Please ask for more details. Need this done ASAP. please see attached file.
