I have a contact form on my WordPress site that I only want those with a 5digit code to work.
I'd like to have a list 50 to 100 (five digit codes), so that I know who's 5 digit code was used to make the contact form work.
This doesn't need to a plugin just a solution that might use an existing contact form plugin or 3rd party form builder.

This can be made with javascript special code. The 5 digit codes will be inserted into javascript and there will be ajax validation to check if one of the codes are filles. Thanks
