Project Management Tool

I need a basic project management site creating for my personal usage - to help me track design projects - I will need an easy administration panel that will allow me to set up a project

The following fields are essential

Title

Client Name : [will allow me to register a new client or select one from existing client list

Order Date:

Start Date:

Estimated Completion Date:

Percentage Completion:

Designer Notes: - Will need a field for date, and a field for additional notes.

I want to be able to view the details of each project on a webpage - etc. Designwise I can pretty it up myself. The important thing is functionality

I don't have a lot of money for this project, so anyone who can assure me they can offer me this service at a reasonable cost will get priority.
