I need a very specific website built. It will be based on the idea of "crowdsourcing," and will require multiple payment sources with "all or nothing" funding ability similar to that of the website kickstarter. (Paypal adaptive payments and Amazon payments, for example) Users will be able to generate project ideas, then projects with the same goal will be lumped together for simultaneous funding and voting. (Donors will be able to donate $[login to view URL] and select multiple projects to put the money toward with a common purpose... the first project to reach full funding will go live using the pooled funds, while the other projects remain in funding mode) Site administrator will be able to approve all proposed projects before they go up on the website for funding. Website back-end will require a commission system to track all donations and fully funded projects to pull a commission from successful projects. User experience will be similar to that of kickstarter, with submission of pictures and comments for specific projects. Facebook and twitter integration is also important for users to advertise their project submissions. Anyone selected for this project MUST sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to starting the design. I know this may be a tall order... please let me know if you are up to the task! Thanks!
