Website Customization and Modification (Adult Video Script (AVS) Template)

I need help with customizing and modifying my website, it is made from a template by adult video script (here is the website [url removed, login to view]).

Some of the things i would like to do are login with facebook, add a donate button, remove the age restriction, site limitation, create a pay pal and credit card payment system etc.
