80617 Ultimate Affiliate Program

I would like the most ultimate affilite program. It will resemble the workings of a chainletter style matrix. I am selling Cellular Phone Antenna Bosters. I want a program where a person buys a booster for $20. They have a referal family below them of 5 people. When they buy a booster $10 gets split between the five referals $2 each. Now the new person gets a self replicating web page like the one they just purchased from where they can now sell boosters and promote the affilite program. On their new page they are listed in the number 1 position, number 5 gets bumped and the other 4 move in to the other positions. This keeps going through the life of the matrix below: LEVEL 1 - 5 people * $2 = $10 LEVEL 2 - 5 * 5 people * $2 = $50 LEVEL 3 - 5 * 5 * 5 people * $2 = $250 LEVEL 4 - 5 * 5 * 5 * 5 people * $2 = $1250 LEVEL 5 - 5 * 5 * 5 * 5 * 5 people * $2 = $6250 All payments in and out will be made through PayPal. Program needs to do the following: 1) Keep track of all affiliates and their downline. 2) It must also keep track of earnings both of the affiliate and total gross sales. 3) it must create a payment link from the admin console to payout affiliates through paypal. 4) It must be secure and cheater proof 5) It needs to create self-replicating webpages based on a template that I will provide. That page should show Their downline. 6) User console for the affilites. When they login their should be a messages area for me to post info and updates. They should able to see in traffic to their page raw and uniques. How many sales have come through on each level. And their current account balance. 7) user console should also provide an area where they can go to a banner farm and get their affiliate code with a banner, and I should be able to add banners from the admin console ***Security is a major prioroty here!!!! We are dealing with money.***
