I need a simple web-app that creates HTML pages based on a database.

Please:

1. Setup a database (pref MySQL, but not critical)

-- 10 fields - see attached example .csv file

2. App should create or update HTML pages based on .csv files (PHP, Python, RoR, ?)

-- see attached HTML page

-- allow upload of future .csv files via FTP to create/update records

Please include in your brief the stack you will use, and include the phrase "go canucks!" [I want to ensure you read the brief, and get a little love in for my team! ]

Note:
- HTML pages created should be at: www.testserver.com/username (username from .csv)
