Upgrade file hosting script

We need a coder to make 2 upgrades to the file hosting script we are [url removed, login to view] script is PHP based.

Upgrade 1:

Add an upload progress bar which will display:

upload speed,file size,remaining time.

Upgrade 2:

Improve the download file page.

The upgrades must NOT affect the operation of the file hosting script and the whole script MUST remain Internet Explorer and Firefox compatible.

Some examples of previous work involving PHP,will be appreciated.
