Website From Scratch! Must be a good programmer and designer

We are looking for someone that can come up with an outrageous idea for our new company.? We already have a VERY successful internet business but our current programmer/designer just doesn't have the time to put into designing a new site for us with all the upkeep on the other one.? ?
I want my colors to look like this:? <[url removed, login to view]> (don't worry...I? own it)
It needs to be very professional like this <[url removed, login to view]> (again...I own it)
This? new venture will be? where Doctors and Dentists offices can advertise their offices.? ? So, it needs to be 100% professional and in a way elegant.? There will need to be semicustom webpages? like this <[url removed, login to view]>? BUT much more professional.? ? That was made simple for tire companies.? One the new design we will have the capabilities? for when the doctors sign up, they can choose what types of insurances they carry, their hospital affiliations, group practice, languages, board certified (yes or no), accepts new patients and so on.? Then, that will disply like above in different sections.? We will have a section that says meet our staff to where the? doctors/dentist can upload pics of their staff and enter their name and title.? There will be a section that says Meet our Doctors that will do the same as above.? ?
Customers will get the option to make appointments online, call the dr office from their computer, email.? There will be a link to their website.? I can do a quick design if need for the semi custom webpage and then we can move forward from there.? Again this has to be very professional.? Very.? ?
This is alot of work which is fine.? I understand 90% of all programming so you wont' be dealing with a moron.? I currently make changes and repair anything in our websites now.? I have a microphone for my yahoo IM, phone and email so we can stay connected.?
We DONT want a cookie cutter website.? We DONT want a template used over and over again.? It must be unique.? Don't email me 10 templates to choose from.?
