141053 Registration Sys/Dance Studio

I need a registration script for a dance studio.

We need to be able to change class schedules in the admin area of the script, as the dance studio changes their schedules 3 times a year.

We do not want anyone to be able to register without signing up a child for one of our classes.

We do have a registration system already in place, but are not satisfied with it. You can see what we have by visiting

Output of the script MUST match the layout of the site currently in place.
