227093 php code work on one file

Hello,

I have attached a file with the file involved.

This is a url rotator membership script where the user can create an account and then add x number of urls and just promote one link to rotate thru all the sites. Right now it only functions like [url removed, login to view]

When you go to [url removed, login to view] you get this message: Sorry, but the URL rotator owner has not added any links to rotate.

I would like to take that script and and make it where when [url removed, login to view] was

displayed that it would show a random users url. We need to use this script to provide traffic to our members and it works perfectly with keeping stats and all on the hits they receive. It's just the admin needs to be able to promote only one url to show everyone's site while still allowing the user to login and check his stats.
