I need someone who can follow basic instructions and complete a website that I am redesigning. It is a PHP script from dzoic and it is 95% complete, I just need small changes fixed.

There is an error when hovering over photo…when I hover over anywhere on that section then the popup comes. I need it to work only when I hover over the name and photo. On (View All) also.
