Bittorrent Scrape UDP/HTTP - PHP/Python - MySQL - FlatFile

Hi everyone, i am after someone to code something for me as i have become quite stuck with Torrent Scraping..
my site (opentracker*dot*me - Temp URL) is stuck on the Scrapes.. I was Previously using BitSnoop's API but they have changed their API and Banned my IP addresses.
I need someone to Scrape Torrent trackers from files (saved in text files like below)
Set out as URL`SEEDS`PEERS`UPDATED`
and for the software to Update the relevant information.
Something like [url removed, login to view] Seems to work quite well for UDP Trackers, but with a bit of Irrelevant Information with it.
I need this to work with UDP AND HTTP Trackers.
Hopefully you understand this..
I just need Torrent's Scraped (From the URL's Listed within the .txt files which are on my server for example check attachment) and updated. and update mysql of total seeds and peers to torrent
Either in PHP, Python, or something else that would be easy to utilize.
