Magento custom search on homepage

We need a customised search area on our homepage (see attached image).
The first box is search by Manufacturer. This should get a list of all the manufacturers from the attributes, also all the model and size attributes.
Second search: this should get all the size, height, diameter and width attributes.
Once search is clicked it should bring up the matching results for what you have entered.
