Pilot project:
We require an online system either designed from scratch in php and mysql or one developed as a Joomla extension.
Functionality:
• User management
- 5 levels of users who can be assigned specific areas to either view, edit, create and/or delete
• Form creation
- Easy facility to create new forms with a wide variety of fields including upload facility for docs & images ( you may see CK forms extension for Joomla)
- Must be able to show new fields depending on selection of previous fields e.g. if the option “do you have a car” is selected then the field which asks “car model” appears
- All forms, within a cluster, needs to be populated with pre-existing data from a common database and provide access rights depending on the user type
- Date fields must auto calculate duration and be able to send out emails according to periods stipulated
- Workflow facility must be in place which will be triggered by either a date or by an input in a specific field and send out an email to the relevant person stipulated to input the set of data.
• Report creation
- Easy facility to create variety of report types that will display results graphically and in tables and allow downloading in excel format.
