install moodle and dim dim

i have developed a Joomla based website for online tuition and need to have moodle and a web conferencing application installed- either dim dim or openmeeting depending on which allows for the easiest customisation.

I would like for the logos to be replaced with my company logo, so that where possible, moodle or dim dim/openmeeting logo is not visible. The website is already fully developed and this should take couple of days only.

I am looking for a developer experienced with Joomla and Moodle as I am going to need ongoing work and support. This needs to be carried out as soon as possible. Please be willing to provide info about other moodle/ web conferencing solutions that you have installed/customised.
