Validation/IE compatibility issues for Wordpress site

I am looking for a competent expert in Wordpress, PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS to validate all the code and sort out Internet Explorer compatibility issues on my e-commerce Wordpress site.

I bought the 'E-Commerce' premium Wordpress theme ([url removed, login to view]) from [url removed, login to view] and customised the CSS and HTML to get my site looking how it does now, but I'm no expert in any of those areas (graphic design is my main area of focus), so I may have made careless errors somewhere along the way. Having said that, even before I did any customisation, there were still quite a few validation errors (more than there are now). I contacted the Templatic staff to help me resolve these, but they were extremely unhelpful, so I'm looking for a freelancer to get my site fully validated and compatible.

After extensive testing in different browsers, I have found that despite the validation errors, the site functions pretty much perfectly in the following browsers:

Firefox 6.0, 5.0, 4.0, 3.6 and 3.5

Opera 11.5 and 11

Chrome 13.0, 12.0, 11.0 and 10.0

Safari 5.0

As usual, all of the compatibility issues am I having are with Internet Explorer (Mostly IE7). Ideally, I wouldn't even bother supporting IE7, but unfortunately there still seem to be a reasonable number of people who use this version, so I would like my site to function and appear the same way in IE7 (As well as IE8 and IE9)) as it does in the above browsers.

(There may be a few more compatibility errors in IE7, but because my 'Add To Cart' button doesn't work in this version of IE, I am unable to test out the shopping cart or checkouts (one for registered users and one for non-registered users.)
