We are intending on sending out a customer survey to check communication preferences. To encourage participation we are including a voting page. Once they have completed the survey they are then taken to a voting page whereby they can then choose one of two charities that they would like our company to contribute to. The contribution will be £2. Once they have voted they are then taken to the results page where they can see the total current value of the donations made to the charity they have voted for.

I require some help to build the voting page, results page and a sorry page.
