php stream ip manager

We want to be able to print the users ip address within the jw player screen(on/off switch) like an over lay say the bottom right hand corner of the player even @ full screen, this should be done when we invoke a script or as often as we wish , also we want to be able to stop and block a stream from any ip address or user in real time, Preferably a simple system to manage banning of ip addresses and cutting stream to ip address and selected users, also we want only 1 user at a time to use their username and password to view a stream, If the system detects 2 users sharing credentials, block them, also it has to maintain, integrity and robustness under high loads... thats all!

We will be using mysql database for the users.

PHP,Mysql,action script(jw player 4.4,AJAX(less page refreshes,maintain realtime capability),JavaScript,Joomla,XML, & a layer to talk to our Wowza Server...1.7 i think it is..
