Looking for PHP programmer experienced in MVC frameworks

First, a little about us: We’re a small startup working on exciting mobile apps and social media tools. We're looking for someone particularly experienced with PHP MVC frameworks to assist our development team finish in time.

We are looking for someone who is available for full-time work, comfortable with English Skype calls, and understands one of the following: Kohana, OAuth, or Linux. Preferred Kohana.

Age 25 + (due to experience).

About you and qualifications:

Experience in PHP MVC frameworks (very important)

Experience in Kohana (preferred)

Experience in OAuth (preferred)

Experience in Linux (preferred)

At least 3+ years Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP5+, MVC, Javascript, Ajax, MySQL

Hours: At least 40 hours every week, full-time.

Budget: $10 USD per hour starting.
