Verification Script for my payment processor

Current Payment Processor needs a verification system for both credit cards and home addresses.

I will explain in detail what i expect both scripts to do:

Credit Card:

In members area on account page a link for credit card verification should be placed their.

When link is pressed a new pop up page will appear with details they currently have for their credit card info. if it is correct all they do is submit it, if not they fix it the new info saved in the mysql database.

When that info is submitted a new page called authorization should pop up. the page should state the following:

"I understand that if i request to deposit money into my Owpay account via credit card that this will be the card it will be charged [url removed, login to view] a box right below this text is where they should be able to enter their name. the box will be kind of a drawing box when they hold the left mouse key and draw in the box it will copy what they draw so they can write their signiture then the page is saved or emailed to the admin with the signiture on it.

When submited the Link that use to state Verify Your Credit Card Turns into Awaiting Admin Action(when clicked it would state "your verification request was sent to Admin and is awaiting action" when i enter the amount in admin area i will charge the link changes to Confirm your Credit Card.(I will explain more because the next step is from the admin area.) When they recieve the amount i charged they then click the link to confirm a popup page again but this page asks them to enter the amount i charged to the card if entered correctly the area where the verification links where would say Credit Card Verified BUT IF THEY EVER EDIT THEIR CREDIT CARD IT WILL RESET AND ASK THEM TO VERIFY THEIR INFO AGAIN.

In Admin Area a new link for credit card verifications should be placed. on the page when the link is pressed should state Users name/ a link i can press to view their credit card info/ and a rea to input text so i can enter the amount i charged for them to confirm. when i enter the amount their name is no longer on my list.(at this point in members area the link that said awaiting admin action now says confirm your credit card.

Now the user can press the button and if it is the same amount then they are switched to confirm.

Now for the Address verification

it will work the same way as the credit card except it is for their home address

They press a link to verify their come address adn double check their info they then submit and it saves their home address. when submitted another page pops up called user affidavit I will enter the text in this page at a later time but you will need to put someting in the page so i know where to type. i also want the box on this page for them to sign. the same happens here a new link is added into admin area with all the same details except not credit card info it has the address info. when i enter the code that i will be mailing them their name is no longer on my list and the link on their area changes to confirm your location. when they recieve the info they add it in and confirm their home address.

It is a fairly easy task for someone who knows what they are doing and should not take to long.

this is a long letter because i wanted to explain in steps what i wanted the script to do so you fully understand before youi bid.
