Programming customizations to a wordpress site

We have a job listings site set-up using a wordpress CMS. The website is Afghantalent.org. We require programming customizations for the website, the customizations include:
1. Adding a resume building feature
2. All Registration Emails should come from <no-reply@[url removed, login to view]> , not bluehost. And it should be professional with Afghantalent logo.
3. Adding a favicon
4. Creating a separate registration page for employer and recruiter signup and login
5. When password is forgotten, the word press logo comes; it should be Afghan Talent Logo.
6. Adding online messaging feature
7. Must be able to apply for jobs without having to upload your resume every single time, when you are logged in, you should easily be able to apply without having to give your information again and again, and upload your resume for every job posting. You should be able to do it easily at once.
8. There should be a feature to apply to more than one job at a time, by tick marking the jobs and apply button.
9. Employers must subscribe/pay for browsing resumes, as of now there is no feature to charge employers to browse resumes.
And, there are a few more minor customizations required.
