- Database of consumables, suppliers, employee liability
- Alert system for critical stocks
- Order form creation
- Sales invoice (cash in/ cash out)

- Connection to Accounting, Inventory and HR System if administrator
I know this is a bit big, and I need a professional company who would create the documentation so I could train the employees, and before you code anything I need atleast mockups for each module before the actual coding process. The system should be as easy to use and not hard on the eyes as possible. I would also need the source codes for everything. Let's make this project as formal as possible.
If you can't build the whole system, we could dissect it then I'll break down the other module to the others. Please send in your company qualifications also.
I'm from the Philippines, if there's anyone from the Philippines who will be sending a quote, it will be a plus, but not a surety.
