Efficient Router with Google Maps: Optimap Copy

Hey guys! I need a program that will calculate the most efficient route from a list of addresses.
Here is what it must be similar to (if not exactly like this, but better): [url removed, login to view]
It will run like this:
You plug in a series of addresses manually.
You hit "calculate", and it comes up with a map of the most efficient route.
You can then print this map AND DIRECTIONS right from the script.
You can go to the Google maps page where your route is.
The script needs:
-A map showing your route
-Boxes where you put in your addresses
-A box with text directions in it
-A PRINT button
-A link to the Google Map page where the route is
-All embedded in a php or html page
***A place where you can input all the information from the ADDRESS LINK. See below for details.

***The link above is the route. In the program, users can enter this link, and have the program route all of these address, and spit out a similar link, only routed in the most efficient way.
I'm on a budget, but I want this done RIGHT. Please quote me your most affordable bid for EVERYTHING I have requested (as in, don't quote me lower than what you can deliver, I would rather pay the extra money for a solid script).
