I require a piece of software to interrogate a number of sites (most of which I will nominate) to extract the names of companies, and their contact details. The results? will be in a format that I will specify and probably be either delimited text or XLS format.

This is a 3 phase project of which this is the easiest and fastest. It is urgent and I would be expecting results absolutely no later than Xmas. None of the information I seek is confidential in any way, it will all be posted in the places mentioned - although not all the fields I request will necesarily be known.

An accuracy rate of 98% or better is required as well as meeting your estimate for the time the project will take. A small bonus will be paid ($A75) after receipt of the software if it meets our expectations. This will be discretionary and not subject to discussion.

The software will be user friendly and not require a programmer or analyst to install,? operate or run.

We anticipate the software will scan all the sites mentioned and return all the results requested.

It is expected that minimal documentation will be needed as the program will be self-explanatory, with simple help screens. However, a simple and brief users guide would be appreciated, especially if there are features or restrictions which may not be immediately apparent. Ideally, the software will be so simple to use that a guide will not be necessary or, be very brief.

Finally, this project focuses on recruitment agencies (personal recruitment consultants). In the future this will expand into at least two other areas. The successful applicant, assuming their work is satisfactory, might expect further business. In this event they would be the prefered candidate.

Time is critical, so if you cannot meet the deadline, please do not make a bid.

## Deliverables

As already stated, time is a critical factor. So too is accuracy. We will happily pay the agreed amount,? a bonus and kudos for a program that works as specified, but we are serious about the deadline. This is a time critical project and we simply cannot afford delays as others are relying on us.

We are located in Australia and communication will be principally? by phone and email.

Normally updates are made between the parties every Friday. In this case we will want reports on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to keep abreast of problems, progress, revised schedules, etc.
