need SEO for site, 8 key phrases

hello- our seo guy became incapacitated. we have about 40 seo projects that need ongoing work and new projects coming in. this project is for a specific site, seasoned, that we need to optimize for 8 different phrases. The phrases are competitive but not ultra competitive. you will be expected to create content specific, dense pages for each phrase as well as optimize the existing site. its not an e-comm. site. You will need to achieve and maintain rankings for the course of a year.
your bid is for the ENTIRE YEAR. it should include initial work and ongoing work.
NOTE:

2. You do good in this project, you will be assigned more projects and you will be expected to handle and send ranking reports on a monthly basis for each so we can track progress.
