Modify Joomla Template and Fix content

This should be a rather quick fix for a skilled person. Your job is to modify a joomla template so that images which are uploaded trough the joomla image upload function please see attached image are always the same size , 250x200 px aligned left and wrapped around the text with some spacing to the text 3 or 4 px what makes sense. Also the image has to be responsive for mobile devices. Attached is a second image how it looks right now, I want to keep the rounded corners and also the date in the corner.
