-I have a paid MaxMind account for GeoIP2 City (meaning, we're not using a local database, we're sending a request to the MaxMind server) and need the API installed on my site, so that an output of the visitor's city and postal code displays.
-I need code written to check the User-Agent header for the client to see if it's a spider and if so, prevent search engines spiders from doing so.
-Write the postal code and city to a cookie to retrieve later
