I would like to launch new website? for digital product. I working only with paypal.

The website will be in english, french, spanish and italian

i want website with php and cms(for change price,...). So you must writing php and cms and make design

I want my product online and automatic delivery but the webmaster must to know very well security because my database was hacked in my last website.

I want proxy banned on my website and ip from some countries

If you speak french it is + because it is my mother language and my english is middle.

Before we start working together i want see preview for first page.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
