MS Outlook Plug-in

I am looking for a simple Outlook plugin. This plugin when installed will add an additional toolbar with an "attachement" icon and will also create an entry in the menubar allowing me to configure the attachement icon.

The way this toolbar button will work is by opening up a popup menu that will allow me to select files from my computer that I would like to attach to an email. Once I finish attaching files and hit a "close" button then the script will do 2 things:

1) automatically insert a hyperlink in my email to the attached file. This hyperlink will be based on the information I enter when I configure the script from the menubar.

2) will send the "attached" file via http or any other means not blocked by my firewall (my firewall blocks ftp) to an external location (i.e I host some webpages in a virtual server outside our firewall).

The recipient will receive the email with a link as an attachement. All he has to do is click on the link to start the download.

Everything looks pretty simple to me except for the part where the files is uploaded to an external server. I do not know how this can be done without it being ftp (or tricking my firewall into thinking it is a port 80 connection).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
