Fix broken coordinate tranform code

What I have is a set of C++ files that compile down to a .dll. This code is intended to provide a solution for determining the coefficients for a coordinate transform and provide a method of mapping new coordinates into the transformed system. This is to be applied in image processing in the following manner: we are given the coordinates of a point set in an image (call them fiducials). In a new image we will locate these points and supply the code with their coordinates. As the current image may be translated and or rotated (about an arbitrary axis) from the original datum we need to determine the correct coefficients to allow mapping any given point from the original system into the new system. For instance; a golden image is used to define models for fiducials and other items in individual Regions Of Interests (ROI for short). A new image is acquired and the fiducials located. The original individual ROIs are mapped to compensate for the translation and rotation of the new image. The code I have right now works for the most part. I believe the X coordinates are properly mapped. The Y coordinates have an issue I have been unable to dedicate the time to unravel. More detail including test code, resulting values and images will be supplied to the winning bidder. I am not looking for a complete rewrite of the code but if you can convince me it is the only way to go then I will accept this as long as the signatures of the wrapper stay intact. This will likely be a very simple fix for the right person as all the code is essentially there and most likely there is a very simple math error but if I were speaking from a position of knowledge I suspect I would not be posting this request so take this as you will. I need this turned around very rapidly (in a matter of days not weeks) and will provide a bonus for someone who can complete the task in under 5 days so if your schedule won't permit strict attention please do not bid.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
