This development project will result in a highly advanced photo sharing system that allows users to manage, create and share photo galleries online. The programmer(s) will work directly with project management/desiners *(SoftTech InterCorp)* to add features and components throughout the design/development process of this project.

The project will be an ASP .NET (ADO .NET) application build on a dedicated Windows 2000 server, using a MySQL Database, with MyODBC. Coders should be very knowledgeable in ASP .NET and Web Design (JavaScript, DHTML and so on.)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
