464421 Email Parser

I need a script to parse undeliverable emails from customer accounts. I send an email to my customers I receive quite a few undeliverable email messages daily.

I'm not using an email client, I have a email based ticketing system that is 3rd party and hosted. I prefer not to build a solution around that system. The ticketing system obtains emails from a forwarding rule I have in place with the actual email address.

I would like to do is create a list of these addresses, date, and error code from replying email server in a database table.

I have a Windows based server, that is enabled for ASP, .NET, PHP also my db is MySQL

The host's Control Panel is Helm Version [url removed, login to view] .. I have access 1 level above my wwwroot folder. So if you consider that "root" then yes I have root access.
