Debug Add User Script

I use the attached script to create users on my system by entering user details, then click submit to enter the user into my database, enter user login name\password into an ftp file, create user folder on my drive and copy files\folders from a source directory to user folder.

The problem is the folder creation, files\folder copying is not working and the user is not entered into my ftp file.

The problematic sections of the code are shown in the areas with blocks (########).

What I want is a coder to debug the code and fix the above issues.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
