49765 Clone Simple Website

Need to clone a website please refer, [url removed, login to view] I dont need all the features only some. I will need several pages only about 10-15pages only. I will provide all info. Just need to cut and paste info into website only. Need to link up [url removed, login to view] etc... for payment I will provide script. A members sign up form. A log in ID and password for members as some pages can only be viewed by members only. Also auto password recovery in case of lost password. Need a creative webmaster that can design with the theme or motive given. Must be able to complete in shortest time possible.
