Site is coded in **Classic ASP**, with **MySQL Database**.
Users sign up using a form, uploading individual documents (Projects) to be archived in our Database. Users then log into their members area to reference info, and submit additional projects. Our policy covers projects to be archived for a 5 year term.
**The Customized Automated Emails**: We need the database programmed to send personalized emails (with form field info included, referencing the User and that specific Project) alerting the User of "Expiration" of the project (reaching that 5 year mark from the date of registration).
**Notifications will be sent nightly as the database reads which projects will reach the 5 year mark in "30 Days", "7 Days", and "Now Expired".** Each of those notifications will have a template message with the specific details inserted. It will include a link to a payment page where they may select payment/term options..........(contued in attachment)
